    With over 2,800 collection points at PEP, Tekkie Town, and Shoe City stores, PAXI makes it easy.
  • Paxi locations
  • Refer to Paxi store locator page to find your closest PAXI point. Each PAXI point will have a sign in the window displaying their unique PAXI point code. Currently PAXI is available at PEP, PEPhome, PEPcell, Tekkie Town and Shoe City stores across South Africa, and we will be adding more locations in the coming months and years.   • Our lockers are open 24/7, day and night, at selected locations, so you can visit them when it’s convenient for you.
  • If you receive a package in one of our lockers, you will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pick up.

Returns & Refunds for Quick Nails

  • Promotional, on-sale, or discounted items

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we gladly offer exchanges or refunds, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please note, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on promotional, on-sale, or discounted items.

Due to the nature of our imported products, unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges can be offered for certain items.

  • Manufacturer Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturer defect, please return it within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please allow for sufficient time for Quick Nails to process your return.

  • Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items only. If an exchange is needed, send an email to [email protected]. Due to limited stock, we may not guarantee the exact same style or color for replacements.

  • Shipping

To return your item, please contact [email protected] to obtain the return address. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for lost or mishandled returns during transit.

Nail wraps are basically full nail art stickers that can be applied within minutes for a set of fresh manicured hands.

With the proper application, your nail wraps should last from 7-14 days, but would depend on your daily routine ie. washing dishes, exposure to water and sanitizing your hands frequently etc. It is recommended to reapply top coat every 3 days to prolong wear.

Press-on nails can last anywhere from 5 to 14 days, depending on the adhesive and how well they’re applied and cared for.
If you use the adhesive tabs included you can re-use the nails for longer and it’s gentler on your nails compared to nail glue.

Yes, many press-on nails are reusable if removed gently and stored properly. Just clean off any adhesive or glue before reapplying.

When applied and removed correctly, false nails should not damage your natural nails. Use gentle, non-acetone removers and avoid peeling them off.

Clean and file your natural nails, and buff the surface lightly,  select the right size false nail, apply adhesive or glue, and press the false nails onto your nails for 10-20 seconds.

Yes, you can trim or file false nails to your desired shape and length.
We recommend you file them rather than use a nail trimmer.

Soak your nails in warm water or use an adhesive remover to gently lift the press-on nails. Avoid forcing them off to prevent damage.

Yes, you can apply nail polish over false nails to customize the look. Just ensure you use a top coat for longer-lasting results.

Each press-on set includes various sizes. Select the closest size to your natural nail, or file the sides for a perfect fit.

False nail sizes run from 0 being the biggest to 11 being the smallest. Most people range between 1-10 for medium size hands.
